Non-slip Kidiverse socks are required for every visitor, kids and adults. Buy a pair for $4.50 at the front desk. Bring them back every visit and save up to $7.

Kids ages 1 to 12: $17.99, all day. Infants 12 months and under: $10.99, or free when a sibling pays full price. Up to 2 adults per child: free. Additional adults: $8.99 each.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book.
How many adults can come for free?
Each birthday package includes a set number of adults at no extra charge. Beyond that, additional adults are charged a per-adult fee. The exact included count and per-adult price depend on the package, and you'll see the full math in the booking flow before you confirm.
Every adult on the playground needs to wear Kidiverse socks. Every adult entering signs a waiver. Both are required.
Can we bring our own food?
For standard birthday parties, you can bring in birthday cake or cupcakes (no ice cream cakes, no nuts in anything). Beyond that, food and drinks come from us or our catering partner Chef Nylah.
For Private Parties and field trips, you can bring outside food, including catering from your own vendor of choice. If you do go with an outside catering vendor instead of Chef Nylah, a $250 coordination fee applies, which covers insurance and compliance review on our end.
Nut-free always. Helium balloons stay outside. Food brought in by you is your responsibility from a safety and allergy standpoint.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancel 14 days before your event for a full refund. Within 14 days, your deposit becomes a credit you can use for any future booking within 12 months. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
How many guests can we invite?
Standard packages cover up to 15 kids and 50 adults. You can add more kids at $17.99 each and more adults at $7.99 each. The private room comfortably fits 60 people total.
When do we confirm our theme and headcount?
Final headcount and theme are due 7 days before the event. We will send you a confirmation form a week out. Last-minute additions are welcome but cannot be guaranteed for themed decor.
Is the entire facility really private?
Not for standard birthday packages. You get a private party room (link to room rental), but the playground is shared with other families. If you want the whole place to yourself with no other guests on the climbing wall, book a Private Party (link to private party page). That's a full-facility buyout.Why this works: Direct, visual (climbing wall as the concrete differentiator), falsifiable, distinguishes the two products without being preachy. Kept the original strength of "no other guests on the climbing wall.
Do all guests need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every person who enters the play area, kids and adults, must have a signed waiver on file. You can sign yours and your kids in less than 2 minutes online before arriving to skip the line.
