What does theday look like?

Walk straight in
Sign the waiver online before you arrive. Takes 2 minutes. Pick up your socks at the front desk and head straight into the zones.

The whole building is theirs
Every zone open at once. Traverse climbing wall, 3-level jungle gym, interactive game room, toddler area. Unlimited access until 3PM.

Lunch handled
Tripverse IIA private room reserved for your group. Pizza or hotdog, chips, a drink, and an ICEE for every child. No coordinating orders, no splitting tables with strangers.

Head back happy
Kids leave genuinely tired from actual play. Teachers leave without having cleaned a single thing. A field trip everyone will actually talk about after.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book.
How many adults can come for free?
Each birthday package includes a set number of adults at no extra charge. Beyond that, additional adults are charged a per-adult fee. The exact included count and per-adult price depend on the package, and you'll see the full math in the booking flow before you confirm.
Every adult on the playground needs to wear Kidiverse socks. Every adult entering signs a waiver. Both are required.
Can we bring our own food?
For standard birthday parties, you can bring in birthday cake or cupcakes (no ice cream cakes, no nuts in anything). Beyond that, food and drinks come from us or our catering partner Chef Nylah.
For Private Parties and field trips, you can bring outside food, including catering from your own vendor of choice. If you do go with an outside catering vendor instead of Chef Nylah, a $250 coordination fee applies, which covers insurance and compliance review on our end.
Nut-free always. Helium balloons stay outside. Food brought in by you is your responsibility from a safety and allergy standpoint.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking date are fully refundable minus the deposit. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the deposit. Date changes are free with at least 48 hours notice.
How many guests can we invite?
Tripverse I & II accommodate up to 50 students. Tripverse III (weekends) supports up to 100 with a 15% service fee. Talk to our event coordinator for larger groups.
When do we confirm our theme and headcount?
Theme and colour preferences: at least 1 week before. Final headcount: at least 2 days before. We use these to plan supplies, food, and staffing.
Is the entire facility really private?
Not for standard birthday packages. You get a private party room, but the playground is shared with other families. If you want the whole place to yourself with no other guests on the climbing wall, book a Private Party.
Do all guests need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every guest, adult or child, must sign a waiver before entry, even if they are not playing. You can sign online before arriving to skip the line. Takes about 2 minutes.
