How many adults can come for free?
Each birthday package includes a set number of adults at no extra charge. Beyond that, additional adults are charged a per-adult fee. The exact included count and per-adult price depend on the package, and you'll see the full math in the booking flow before you confirm.
Every adult on the playground needs to wear Kidiverse socks. Every adult entering signs a waiver. Both are required.
Can I share my membership with another family?
No. Memberships are tied to one family unit — the named adult on the account plus their kids under 12. You can change which adult brings the kids visit-to-visit (e.g. mom one day, dad the next), but you can't lend your card to a neighbour or extended family member.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing cycle — no fees, no contracts. Annual plans can be cancelled too, with a pro-rated refund for unused months (minus the 30% discount benefit). Email us or stop by the front desk.
Do members really get priority entry?
Yes. During peak times (weekends, school holidays, summer), members go first. We hold a portion of capacity for active members so you don't get turned away when everyone else is trying to get in.
When does the 10% off birthday parties kick in?
After 3 months of active membership, you unlock 10% off the Multiverse and Omniverse birthday packages. The discount applies to the package price only — add-ons (extra time, themes, cake) are not included.
Can I pause my membership?
Monthly plans can be paused for up to 2 months per year (e.g. when you travel for the summer). Annual plans cannot be paused but can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund. Pauses must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Do classes really require zero booking?
Always. Members and non-members both book online. The difference is members aren't charged since membership covers their classes. Non-members pay per class or session at booking.
Either way, we need to know who's coming so we can pull supplies and prep the room. No surprises for you, no scrambling for us.
