Outside food is only available with a private party booking. Book the full facility and bring exactly what your group wants: your cake, your menu, your celebration.
Each birthday package includes a set number of adults at no extra charge. Beyond that, additional adults are charged a per-adult fee. The exact included count and per-adult price depend on the package, and you'll see the full math in the booking flow before you confirm. Every adult on the playground needs to wear Kidiverse socks. Every adult entering signs a waiver. Both are required.
Can we bring our own food?
For standard birthday parties, you can bring in birthday cake or cupcakes (no ice cream cakes, no nuts in anything). Beyond that, food and drinks come from us or our catering partner Chef Nylah. For Private Parties and field trips, you can bring outside food, including catering from your own vendor of choice. If you do go with an outside catering vendor instead of Chef Nylah, a $250 coordination fee applies, which covers insurance and compliance review on our end. Nut-free always. Helium balloons stay outside. Food brought in by you is your responsibility from a safety and allergy standpoint.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Universe and Multiverse deposits are $150 non-refundable. Omniverse deposits are $200 non-refundable. Reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days notice. Within 7 days, your deposit can become a credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
How many guests can we invite?
Universe I covers 10 kids and 20 adults, Multiverse I covers 15 kids and 30 adults, Omniverse I covers 20 kids and 40 adults. Add more kids at $21.99 each and more adults at $7.99 each. The private room comfortably fits 60 people total.
When do we confirm our theme and headcount?
Theme and colour need to be locked in at least 1 week before so the room is decorated exactly the way you want. Final headcount must be confirmed 2 days before so we have everything prepared for your group.
Is the entire facility really private?
Not for standard birthday packages. You get a private party room , but the playground is shared with other families. If you want the whole place to yourself with no other guests on the climbing wall, book aPrivate Party .
Do all guests need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every guest, adult or child, must sign a waiver before entry, even if they are not playing. You can sign online before arriving to skip the line. Takes about 2 minutes.
