THE SPACE
About our facility.
We have 3 rooms in total, each with TV + speakers and lunch tables. We run a Snack Bar with drinks, popcorn, and hotdogs, plus Custom Catering through our partners. The whole facility is Climate Controlled with Free Wifi and fully Accessible entertainment zones for All ages to come in and get moving.

Before you book

Socks for everyone
Kidiverse non-skid socks required for all guests. Adults included. $4.50/pair at the front desk.

Kids pay entry
Each child is charged the standard entry fee ($17.99 + tax), separate from the hourly room rate.

Food through us
Outside food isn't allowed. Order from Kidiverse or one of our catering partners.

Cake is welcome
Birthday cake and cupcakes from outside are the one exception. Bring your own.

Every guest signs a waiver before entry. Do it online ahead of time to skip the line.

No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is not allowed without permission. We coordinate with vendors on your behalf.

Health & Safety
Rooms sanitized and restored to original setup between bookings.
Cleaning protocol: Bookings spaced apart for enhanced cleaning. Space cleaned per local health guidelines.
Provided for every guest: Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and paper towels.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the event start time for a full refund (including all fees).
Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.
Parking
Free onsite parking available. Our lot fits 50+ cars. Located right outside the entrance at 7149 N Frontage Rd.

Rent the full facility and no other families get in. Your kids have the climbing wall, every zone, and the snack bar to themselves the entire time.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book.
How many adults can come for free?
Each birthday package includes a set number of adults at no extra charge. Beyond that, additional adults are charged a per-adult fee. The exact included count and per-adult price depend on the package, and you'll see the full math in the booking flow before you confirm.
Every adult on the playground needs to wear Kidiverse socks. Every adult entering signs a waiver. Both are required.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes — private parties are the only package that allows outside food. Bring whatever your group wants, skip the snack bar. Or order from us. Or book full-service catering through Chef Nylah. It's your call.
What happens if we need to cancel?
The 30% deposit is non-refundable from the moment you book — that locks in your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. All payments are non-refundable after the balance is paid. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 14 days in advance and we will move your deposit to a new date subject to availability.
How many guests can we invite?
The package includes 20 kids and 40 adults. You can invite more — extra kids are $21.99 each if its about birthday parties (includes kidiverse non-skid socks and a drink) and extra adults are $7.99 each. Babies under 12 months are free. Confirm your final headcount at least 2 days before the event.
When do we confirm our theme and headcount?
Theme: at least 1 week before the event. This gives us time to set up the room exactly as you want it.
Headcount: at least 2 days before the event. This makes sure we have enough socks, food, and assistants prepared.
Is the entire facility really private?
Not for standard birthday packages. You get a private party room , but the playground is shared with other families. If you want the whole place to yourself with no other guests on the climbing wall, book a Private Party
Do all guests need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every guest, adult or child, must sign a waiver before entry, even if they are not playing. You can sign online before arriving to skip the line. Takes about 2 minutes.
Can we bring our own decorator?
Yes — private parties are the only package that allows outside decorators. A vendor fee applies and the arrangement must be made at least 1 week in advance so we can coordinate setup time before your slot.
Can we book costume characters?
Yes. You can book through our preferred vendors or bring your own — either works. If you book independently, just give us a heads-up so the character can be there when guests walk in.
